I was disappointed with this!! The price felt way too high for what actually showed up, and the quality was just okay, nothing that felt special or worth the extra money!!! Kinda wish I had spent my money somewhere else!!

In my experience, the shipping has taken way too long. I’m still waiting for it to arrive, which has been frustrating.

I really wanted to like this cap, but it was way too tight and started itching almost right away. I could barely keep it on for more than a few minutes, which is always ideal for something meant to be worn on your head

The box came nicely packed, and I’d say the packaging was solid overall.

I really wanted to love this wig, especially for the price. When I first put it on, it did look good and I thought maybe it was going to work out. But after a few wears, it started tangling more than I expected and I noticed quite a bit of shedding. The ends also got dry faster than I would’ve liked. It’s not terrible, and I guess it could still be okay for occasional wear, but I’m not sure I’d say the quality is worth the price

I tried to return my wig it was way more complicated than it needed to be. The emails took forever, and weeks later my refund still wasn’t sorted. They kept asking me the same questions over and over, and it just made the whole thing really frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from wigginshair.com again

I was hoping this would look a bit fuller than it does. From around a few feet away it looks okay, but up close the density feels a little thinner than I expected. Not terrible, just not quite as full as I had in mind.

The wording made it sound like they’d actually help or respond, but that wasn’t the case at all. I reached out and got no replies, so it just ended up wasting my time. Frustrating experience...

I ordered from wigginshair.com and at first I was actually happy with it. The hair looked nice right out of the package, felt soft, and the color was close to what was shown in the pictures. The only thing that annoyed me was the way it seemed like it had been handled carelessly, like it was just tossed in without much attention, which didn’t give the best first impression.
After a few weeks, though, it started shedding more than I expected and the ends got dry really fast. I wasn’t over-styling it or doing anything rough, so that was disappointing. For the price, I figured it would last longer and be treated a little better before even getting to me. It wasn’t the absolute worst, but I probably wouldn’t order again.

I was really hoping the curls would last, but they pretty much dropped as soon as I washed my hair. Kind of disappointing, honestly. Also, having to go through verification over and over again was really annoying and made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I ordered the 20 inch length and was disappointed when it finally showed up. After waiting around for it, I expected it to at least be close to what I ordered, but it was way shorter than I thought it would be.

The lace on this wig is actually really nice. It’s thin, not stiff, and once I tinted it a little, it blended in better than I expected. I did pluck the hairline some more, but that’s normal with wigs if you want it to look more natural. For the price and the quality, it just makes sense. I’m happy with it and would buy it again.

My first impression when I opened my custom order from Wiggins Hair was that something felt off. The hair itself was okay, but the size and the parting didn’t really match what I had asked for, so it wasn’t quite the look I was expecting.
Customer service did respond, but it turned into more back and forth than I hoped for. Since it was a custom order, I really expected everything to be checked more carefully before it was sent out.

I was surprised when this showed up because the color and curls looked nothing like the website photos. Maybe the pictures are just being very generous, but it felt like I received a completely different wig.
